In accordance with the provisions of MGL. Ch. 111, Section 31, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Wellfleet Board of Health will be held at the time and place set forth below to vote on the revised proposed Draft Board of Health Amended Regulations pertaining to septic systems in order to make them aligned with Title 5 State Regulations and the Wellfleet Targeted Watershed Management Plan as well as Tobacco Control. The public hearing will be held in person on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at 5:30 pm, at the Wellfleet Adult Community Center, 715 Old Kings Highway, and on Zoom. The full text of the Proposed Draft Regulations is available online at https://www.wellfleet-ma.gov/board-of-health and at the Health Office at 220 West Main Street by request. Comments in writing will be accepted through Jennifer.elsensohn@wellfleet-ma.gov. A final draft after the public comment period will be available to the public to be announced.
